Job Description

Numerator Survey combines verified purchase behavior with mobile surveys to unlock consumer and shopper insights that build stronger brands. With the largest, most diverse consumer purchase panel, we provide unmatched insight into consumer influencers, behaviors, and opinions.

The salary range for this role is $54,000 - $74,800/year + Bonus.

As a Research Analyst with Numerator’s Survey Research team, you’ll be a vital member supporting your teammates and clients on various projects. You will own aspects of projects, including questionnaire design, data analysis, and delivering results, with support from Research Consultants.

What You'll Do:
  1. Contribute to analytical components of client projects, including questionnaire development, sample selection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Design and propose research solutions to client questions, understanding sample methods, research methodologies, and Numerator’s offerings, under guidance from a Research Consultant.
  3. Participate in client communications regarding project scope, questionnaire feedback, and methodological design, often working closely with the client team.
  4. Manage your workload and departmental initiatives, with guidance from Research Consultants and your manager.
  5. Mentor and provide feedback to members of the Research Operations team.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of quantitative research experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in client relationships and active participation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills in a dispersed team
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to quality
  • Analytical mindset with skills in data visualization and delivering insights
