Numerator Surveys combine verified purchase behavior with mobile surveys to unlock consumer and shopper insights that build stronger brands. With the largest, most diverse consumer purchase panel, we can provide unmatched insight into consumer influencers, behaviors, and opinions.

The salary range for this role is $73,000 - $100,100/year + Bonus.

As a Research Consultant with Numerator's Survey Research team, you'll be a vital member focusing on core clients and ad-hoc projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to drive engagement and impact. Your responsibilities include project management and research design through to final analysis and delivery of results. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring deliverable quality and identifying growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to foster engagement, impact, and strong relationships, working closely with or delegating to other team members (sales, consulting, operations, etc.).
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including scoping, design (proposal writing as needed), execution, analysis, questionnaire development, sample selection, analytical planning, and presentation of results.
  • Understand sample methodologies, research techniques, industry standards, and intermediate panel structures; identify and interpret advanced analytics with guidance and explore other Numerator offerings.
  • Collaborate with the panel team to enhance survey results and provide holistic research designs and insights to clients.
  • Contribute to client strategy alongside the account team and support sales initiatives.
  • Manage client workload with minimal supervision.
  • Delegate tasks and mentor Analysts and Research Operations team members.
  • Travel as needed to support responsibilities.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of quantitative research experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-driven attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative work style in a dispersed team environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to quality.
  • Strong data visualization skills and ability to deliver actionable insights.
