Qualifications

• BS or MS in Biology or related field.
• Experience with single cell NGS sample prep workflow.
• Experience with flow cytometry and cell sorting (FACS/MACS).
• Molecular biology techniques: PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced start-up.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute single cell RNA seq experiments from prep to QC.
• Prepare samples for sequencing and other applications.
• Perform cell sorting (FACS/MACS) experiments.
• Improve workflows and streamline processes.
• Manage sample inventory and records.
• Maintain detailed experimental documentation.
• Manage reagents and equipment calibration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze data and present results.
• Support related discovery projects.
