Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific area.
• 7+ years of research experience; 5+ years with a Master’s; 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading and supporting research experiments and projects.
• Experience training and guiding other laboratory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform experiments using existing or modified techniques and protocols.
• Record procedures and data accurately for reporting and presentations.
• Set up protocols, troubleshoot experiments, and coordinate sequencing runs.
• Coordinate sample intake, quality control, and results communication to investigators.
• Lead SOPs for maintenance and performance evaluation of flow cytometers.
• Train technicians, students, and investigators on cytometry concepts and data analysis.
• Develop and optimize multicolor flow cytometry assays and high‑parameter panels.
• Provide ongoing instrument maintenance, purchasing support, and services coordination.
