Job description

As a Research Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will play a key role in aligning recruitment strategies with the organization's goals, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fostering a positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that reflect the required skills and qualifications

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry networking events

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization

  • Manage the applicant tracking system, keep candidate records updated, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process that adheres to company policies and legal requirements

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance recruitment practices and company culture

  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources or related areas

  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in high-volume recruitment (manufacturing)

  • Knowledge of laws related to hiring

  • Full mastery of Microsoft Office and TEAMS

  • Experience and ability to interview candidates by phone and in perso

  • Ability to speak in public

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Full mastery of the Spanish and English language (spoken and written)


Day-to-Day


  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions to accurately reflect the company's needs and values

  • Engaging with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process

  • Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse talent

  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability

  • Managing candidate communications and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Collaborating with the HR team on diversity and inclusion initiatives and ongoing recruitment strategy enhancements
