Qualifications

• Hands-on molecular biology experience including PCR, cloning, transformations, and plasmid prep.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture, tumor cell lines, T cells or PBMCs.
• Familiarity with LNPs and CAR-T cells preferred; strong data interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot experiments and document results meticulously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vitro T cell experiments to evaluate recombinase-based engineering strategies.
• Clone and prepare nucleic acid materials and/or LNPs to support cell culture work.
• Analyze data and create reports to guide project direction.
• Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain detailed lab records and inventory in compliance with data integrity standards.
