Job summary

Advanced Group seeks a Research Associate II to support R&D and lab operations through experimental design, execution, data analysis, and technical reporting. The role focuses on generating high-quality data, troubleshooting challenges, and driving continuous improvement within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on lab experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• 4–6 years of lab or research experience with hands-on techniques.
• Strong data analysis, documentation, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to review literature and apply findings to research activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments with minimal supervision.
• Interpret experimental results and provide technical input to support project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, presentations, and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in accordance with applicable quality and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and problem-solving.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and innovation efforts.
• Train and support colleagues while promoting quality-focused laboratory practices.
• Utilize sound scientific judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques for complex experimental challenges.
