• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience preparing reagents, solutions, or laboratory formulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience maintaining laboratory documentation and technical records.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, formulate, and evaluate reagents according to established procedures and quality requirements.
• Perform laboratory testing, data analysis, and interpretation to support research, development, and production activities.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, batch documentation, and technical reports.
• Support production operations, including reagent preparation, filling, packaging, labeling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot laboratory and process-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in clinical, manufacturing, production, or high‑throughput laboratory environments.
• Hands‑on experience with reagent formulation, process development, or production support activities.
• Experience supporting filling, packaging, or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management, ERP, or production management systems.
• Experience working in regulated laboratory or manufacturing environments.
