Job summary

Advanced Group in the United States is seeking a Research Associate III to support research, development, and laboratory operations through the design, execution, and analysis of scientific experiments. This role will contribute to project objectives by generating high-quality data, providing technical expertise, and supporting regulated research and development activities.

Full-time position with responsibilities including preparing technical reports, maintaining records, and ensuring GMP/GLP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; master's with limited experience considered.
• 4-6 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing laboratory experiments.
• Strong technical writing, data analysis, and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments supporting research, development, and manufacturing programs.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Present experimental results and contribute to project planning and scientific discussions.
• Apply scientific literature and technical expertise to support problem-solving and research objectives.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, electronic files, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, quality, and laboratory safety requirements.
• Support project execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Independently manage assigned experiments and research activities.
