Job summary

Advanced Group is seeking a Research Associate II to support laboratory and pilot plant operations, reagent formulation, analytical testing, data analysis, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on lab experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience preparing reagents, solutions, or laboratory formulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience maintaining laboratory documentation and technical records.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, formulate, and evaluate reagents according to established procedures and quality requirements.
• Perform laboratory testing, data analysis, and interpretation to support research, development, and production activities.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, batch documentation, and technical reports.
• Support production operations, including reagent preparation, filling, packaging, labeling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot laboratory and process-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project objectives.
