Job description

We are seeking a Research Associate II to support research, development, and laboratory operations through experimental design, execution, data analysis, and technical reporting. This role will contribute to scientific projects by generating high-quality data, maintaining laboratory documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative research environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute laboratory experiments with limited supervision, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records in accordance with quality and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and problem-solving.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support training and knowledge-sharing activities within the laboratory.
  • Apply sound scientific judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
  • Hands-on experience with common wet-lab techniques and laboratory equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in regulated laboratory environments.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, laboratory documentation practices, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile or similar project planning and reporting methodologies.
