Job summary

Advanced Group seeks a Research Associate II to support research, development, and laboratory operations. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports to drive project progress in a collaborative team environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining documentation, applying scientific judgment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the lab. A Bachelor’s in Life Sciences with 2–4 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2–4 years of laboratory or research experience.
• Hands-on experience with common wet-lab techniques and equipment.
• Strong data analysis, technical documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to review scientific literature and apply findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute laboratory experiments with limited supervision, including data collection and interpretation.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records in accordance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing activities in the lab.
