Job summary

Treyburn Rehabilitation in Durham, NC is seeking an RN with MDS experience for the MDS Coordinator role. You will develop, implement and coordinate the RAI process to ensure compliance with OBRA, Medicare/Medicaid and long-term care standards.

As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring the center stays in compliance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.

Entry Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse RN licensure in the state of practice required
