Job summary

Boynton Beach Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure compliance with OBRA, MDS, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

In this role, you will develop, implement and coordinate the MDS cycle, align with physician orders and facility policies, and support high-quality resident care at our Florida-based long-term care center.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, LTC payer systems, OBRA, RAI and MDS processes preferred or prior long-term care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and coordinate the RAI/MDS process to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure physician orders, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations are followed.

Entry Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse RN licensure in the state of practice required
