Job summary

Raleigh Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking an LPN with MDS/RAI experience to join our team as an MDS Coordinator. You will develop and coordinate the RAI process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and with physician orders and company policies.

The role requires active LPN licensure in the state and familiarity with OBRA, MDS, and healthcare payer systems. We offer flexible schedules, performance reviews, competitive rates, and paid time off with six holidays.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, LTC payer systems, OBRA, the RAI process, and the MDS process preferred OR prior nursing in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

Entry Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse LPN licensure in the state of practice required


• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, LTC payer systems, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), the RAI process, and the MDS process preferred OR prior nursing in a long-term care facility
