ADT is seeking a Resale Sales Representative in the United States to reactivate interest among customers who already know ADT and reintroduce modern security solutions tailored to their space and lifestyle.

You will engage existing accounts, present compelling proposals, and pursue referrals while building lasting relationships. The role offers uncapped commissions with potential to earn $105,000–$150,000, plus onboarding training pay and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Adaptable and quick learner in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, all tailored to their space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, emphasizing the unique benefits and advantages of our products and services.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and to generate referrals.
