ADT is seeking a proactive Resale Sales Representative to re-engage existing customers and reintroduce modern security solutions. You will tailor offers to fit each space, deliver compelling presentations, and follow up after installation to secure referrals and new business.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and able to travel within a territory. This role offers uncapped commissions with substantial earning potential and a structured training period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.
• Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life safety features.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting product advantages.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
