Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage existing customers and rebuild trust with ADT’s modern security and automation solutions. You will deliver compelling presentations, follow up after installation, and develop new sales leads across a designated territory.

We offer uncapped commissions with strong training and onboarding. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, and travel within the territory is expected to build lasting customer

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and driven to succeed.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers. That means shorter sales cycles, higher conversion rates, and real potential to build lasting relationships.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, all tailored to their space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, emphasizing the unique benefits and advantages of our products and services compared to competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm that commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
