ReRAM Product Architect

Job summary

PDS is seeking a manager-level product lead to define a ReRAM product architecture, specifications, and datasheet. You will partner with the design team to shape internal architecture and work with customers to position ReRAM effectively in their designs.

You will own requirements, create reference designs, and serve as the primary technical contact for major customers, guiding design-in opportunities and tradeoff analyses.

Qualifications

• Defined semiconductor product from customer needs to spec and datasheet.
• Experience with memory components (EEPROM/Flash/ReRAM)
• Able to bridge architecture discussions with customer conversations about design-in.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements by translating customer/system needs into IC specs and datasheets.
• Define internal ReRAM architecture with design team, not transistor-level work.
• Build reference designs and evaluation boards to show ReRAM advantages over EEPROM/Flash.
• Be the technical contact for key customers and design-in opportunities.
• Drive design-in success including debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
• Quantify system-level value: latency, endurance, power, integration tradeoffs.
• Develop technical docs, notes, and training materials for teams and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing/sales/field to shape product positioning.
