Job summary

RRD Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Reprographics Associate to deliver daily back-office services for our client and internal teams, including high-volume copying, binding, finishing, and document preparation, as well as mail services.

You will engage customers professionally, manage service requests through ENGAGE, and work with Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud apps; duties extend to hospitality, facilities, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed, all while meeting deadlines and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year print production or reprographics experience preferred in large environments.
• Familiar with mail, phone, email, reprographics equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are completed before starting work.
• Perform reprographics, mail and intake functions per procedures.
• Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
• Communicate with supervisor or client on issues and deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Prioritize workflow and perform QA on own and others' work.
• Load machines with paper, toner, and supplies.
• Answer phones, emails, and place service calls when needed.
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.
• Adhere to Williams Lea and client site policies.
• Use equipment in a cost-efficient manner.
