Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC (PPMW) seeks a Health Training Manager to develop and direct professional training programs for youth and adults in sexual and reproductive health. You will design curricula, coordinate with educators and partners, and ensure content is medically accurate and culturally competent.

The role includes overseeing the birth control educator kit program, managing budgets, monitoring program impact, and expanding community partnerships across the DC

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in health education, public health, social work, or related field; or 6 years of relevant experience.
• CHES/MCHES or AASECT credential preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct external professional training for diverse audiences.
• Refine policies and curricula with best practices in professional development and peer education.
• Lead Trusted Adult programming and expand education programs across the DC region.
• Create and manage the Peer Health Educator program to deepen community impact.
• Establish partnerships with grantors and local organizations; coordinate with Education leadership.
