Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred with healthcare exposure.
• Experience navigating enrollment and insurance processes.
• Spanish language skills preferred is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through enrollment in insurance programs and plans.
• Serve as a PE Provider and maintain required certifications.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Educate patients about benefits, costs, and networks.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and transportation as needed.
• Support prior authorizations and appeals for medications.
• Document interactions and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Track outcomes and connect patients to community resources.
