Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will provide compassionate customer service for insured individuals, handle inquiries, and coordinate information across multiple systems.

The position offers an 8-hour shift within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, with comprehensive training and potential bonuses. Candidates may receive bilingual pay and enjoy a veteran-owned, mission-driven workplace.

The Mission

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
• Environment: 100% remote work opportunity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
• Proven success in remote customer-facing role, especially in complex-high-volume environments

Position details:

• Start date: Hiring for multiple start dates in November and January.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift. Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Eastern Time).
• Pay: $18.00/hour starting rate / $19.00/hour starting rate for bilingual candidates; plus bonus opportunities.

A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required prior to employment.

Salary: $18 - $19 per hour
