We offer a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health, behavioral health, allergy testing, immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty services. We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage
• Collect past due balances and copayments upon check-in
• Answer phones and relay messages
• Confirm patient appointments
• Schedule initial and follow-up appointments
• Input and update patient information, including insurance details

Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical Front Office experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of Customer Service experience (Required)
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented
• Ability to multitask efficiently
