What’s the role?
Customer Service is the primary contact for our Eye Care Professionals within the Zeiss network of labs. The team acts as the main liaison between customers, sales, and lab operations, ensuring accurate information exchange to meet customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative, entry level
Handles a high volume of calls daily, taking orders and providing updates on order progress. The representative is the customer's brand ambassador, responsible for resolving basic product or service issues through clarification and escalation as needed.
