Mountain West Heat Pumps in Colorado is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive orders, renewals, and new business across residential and commercial HVACR customers. You will conduct on-site calls, phone outreach, and targeted letters to grow market share.

We value proven direct sales experience, strong closing skills, and the ability to build relationships with distributors, contractors, and end users.

Qualifications

• Be a skilled salesperson with direct sales experience in HVACR or building services.
• Must have a Colorado driver's license and be insurable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Secure orders and renewals from existing customers via on-site calls, calls, and letters.
• Secure orders from potential customers through on-site calls and outreach.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and complete agreements.
• Maintain relationships with Operations and Admin to stay aligned on services.
• Liaise with product reps and local suppliers to stay informed on promotions and trends.
• Improve sales skills and HVACR knowledge via training and self-study.
• Sell service and maintenance agreements and ensure renewal.
• Maintain records of leads, contacts, referrals, and opportunities.
• Participate in dealer and corporate sales promotions.
