Haynes Mechanical Systems, a fast-growing commercial HVAC, building automation, and energy services company, seeks a Maintenance Sales Representative in Denver. You will drive new business by prospecting customers and selling maintenance agreements, with uncapped commissions and a monthly car allowance.

The role requires minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales and new business development, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience selling service contracts or agreements.
• Minimum 2 years of new business development, generating leads and managing full sales cycles.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all facets of maintenance sales to drive new business.
• Qualify prospects, set appointments, follow up on leads and referrals, and address questions and objections.
• Develop understanding of prospect’s decision‑making process and progress toward timetable.
• Proactively research client organizations and influence purchase through needs analysis.
• Learn to manage quotes to close sales and maintain an active backlog of quotes.
