Responsibilities

• Prospect new multi-line business, quote/bind policies, handle inquiries, document requests and process premiums.
• Provide exceptional customer service across platforms; resolve conflicts; adapt to fast-paced changes.
• Support the agent and service center staff as needed.
• Decide applicant insurability and placement during binding and processing.
• Ensure service center operations: reports, documents, mail distribution.
