Qualificações

• Strong background in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to recommend suitable coverage options for diverse customer needs.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage or related roles, including working with multiple products and carriers when applicable.
• Knowledge of basic Finance principles to explain premiums, deductibles, policy features, and long-term financial implications.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem solving in a client-facing environment.
• Relevant state insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain), and prior experience as an insurance agent or in a financial services role is preferred.
• Proficiency with office technology and CRM or agency management systems, and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, AL, build local relationships, and participate in community outreach and marketing activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.

Responsabilidades
