You will handle check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish/English required to connect with customers and the community.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services that fit customers’ lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Participate in daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Support on-site tasks including store appearance and security procedures.
• Attend training and stay current on product and process changes.
• Work a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends.
