FASTSIGNS #280901 in Lacey is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. You’ll be the first contact for customers, learn to quote, enter orders, and keep projects on track while communicating by phone, email, and in person.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong listening and relationship-building skills. We value teamwork and a fast-paced work ethic.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
