Job summary

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the center. You will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers, helping them with inquiries and guiding them through the process.

You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders, while participating in daily team meetings and supporting business and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn.
• Strong listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
• Must able to perform other duties as assigned for FASTSIGNS Center.
