Job summary

FASTSIGNS #220401 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinate communication across two FASTSIGNS centers, and assist in process development and administration.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more per day).

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Help coordinate all communication across two Fastsigns centers
• Assist the owners in process development and adminstration
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings and be directly involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative
