Job summary

FASTSIGNS International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS Center. You will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, handling inquiries and supporting order processing.

You will learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders, and ensure on-time delivery, while participating in daily team meetings and executing business and marketing plans. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
