Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Lacey is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, help with quotes, orders, and project tracking.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork in a small, locally owned shop.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving

A Successful Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving
• Build strong relationships and turn new customers into repeat clients

Ideal Qualifications For Customer Service Representative:
