The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Irving, TX location. You will assist customers with financial services, process transactions, and participate in on-site events, while receiving thorough training for long-term career growth.

You will engage with a diverse customer base, handle payments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, in-person environment. This role emphasizes service quality and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and vault/cash drawer management as needed.
• Work weekends and maintain a full-time 40-hour schedule.
• Participate in in-store and community events.
• Assist in account management and collections by taking payments.
• Support on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands as needed.
