Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our company’s service and support customers on their journeys. You will assist customers, use mobile U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory, and help with equipment setup and returns.

The role includes inspecting equipment, answering questions, and participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University. Benefits include health insurance, holidays, vacation, sick days, 401(k), ESOP, and various discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
