U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and help customers with rentals and equipment needs. You will work with a team to ensure seamless service and use U-Scan tech to manage inventory and rentals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, inspecting equipment, and educating on products. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, customer satisfaction, and on-the-job training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, check fluid levels.
