Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with products and services both inside and outside the U-Haul center.

You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and inspect equipment on the lot, ensuring safe, reliable service. The role involves educating customers about products and services, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
