Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of the store, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and related services. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment, while supporting a team committed to safety and excellent service.

The role includes lifting, equipment handling and basic certifications offered upon employment, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and ensure safety checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane installation may be provided on employment.
