Job summary

U-Haul in Odessa, Texas is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of the company, assisting customers with rentals, products, and services. You will use U-Scan technology to manage inventory, move and hook up trucks, and ensure clean, safe equipment on the lot.

You'll educate customers, prepare invoices, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University while enjoying benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing training via U-Haul University.
