Job summary

Bauer Hockey in Ontario is seeking an E-commerce & Warranty Representative to support consumers and retailers in English and French.

You will handle e-commerce transactions, replace orders, manage inventory and investigate missing shipments, collaborating with logistics teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates hold a post-secondary certificate or diploma (or a high school diploma) with strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Shopify, Gladly CRM, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred, but a high school diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal accountability and pride in delivering best effort daily.
• Ability to manage multiple mailboxes and applications; self-driven and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consumer-facing conversations via calls, chats, and emails in English and French.
• Assist with e-commerce transactions.
• Process replacement orders.
• Manage inventory and substitutions with follow-up.
• Investigate missing or lost packages with logistics to resolve delivery issues.
• Identify issues and process warranty claims, offering substitute options as needed.
• Handle escalations by engaging the manager when appropriate.
• Identify and process parts replacements and shipments.
• Maintain product and systems knowledge through internal training.
• Communicate with teammates and liaise with internal departments.
