Job summary

Elite Hockey HQ is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to grow and optimize the digital storefront and online customer experience across our training platform and related offerings.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to drive online engagement, streamline the purchase journey, and improve conversion across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an eCommerce platform or online storefront (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, email, and conversion optimization.
• Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for product data and promotions.
• Strong written communication for customer-facing tasks and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Monitor site performance, conversion rates, and checkout flow, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, emails, and landing pages tied to subscriptions and offerings.
• Analyze sales and web traffic data to report on KPIs and recommend optimizations.
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve order, billing, and subscription issues.
• Support A/B testing and ongoing site improvements to increase engagement and retention.
