Job summary

SCN Industrial Inc. is seeking a Pricing Support Associate to ensure the accuracy and integrity of product and pricing data, supporting pricing updates, quotes, and requests.

You will work with cross-functional teams to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports that drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive, proficient in Excel, and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pricing, finance, or sales support experience.
• Experience with pricing, quoting, product data management, or sales operations.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written (Canada interactions).

As a Pricing Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product and pricing information that supports our business and customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain accurate pricing records, resolve discrepancies, and support the efficient execution of pricing activities. Qualifications:

• Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in pricing, finance, or sales support roles.
• Experience supporting pricing, quoting, product data management, or sales operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data management and record keeping.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
