Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in collections, repossession, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data entry skills with moderate speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional image.
• Knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and risk management.
• Independent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using skip tracing tools and evaluate data to make strategic decisions.
• Submit repossession assignments and reassignments using multiple systems.
• Monitor daily correspondence and negotiate storage/tow/repair charges with third parties.
• Process and document repossession cancellations and redemptions.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and post adjustments to repossession fees.
• Follow state and federal laws to protect the Bank and customers.
• Collaborate to identify solutions and meet leadership commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
