Job summary

Alcar Recovery is seeking field agents in the United States with a strong work ethic to locate and secure vehicles for repossession. You will work independently, communicate with internal staff, external teams, and consumers on payment agreements, and tow vehicles to the company storage facility.

Candidates should have a clean driving record, be 24 or older, willing to work flexible hours including weekends, and possess or obtain a DOT physical card and Class D CDL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision.
• Previous law enforcement or military a plus.
• DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license required or can be acquired.
• Basic mechanical ability needed.
• Experience in tow truck operation or repo industry encouraged; industry certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Locate and track known locations of vehicles out for repossession.
• Secure vehicles and tow them to the nearest company storage facility.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation of repossession actions.
• Serve as the company face to the public, communicating with internal staff, external teams and consumers on payment agreements.
• Operate with integrity and uphold company standards while meeting repossession goals.
