Job summary

You will partner with project and functional leaders to define KPIs, ensure data quality, and implement BI solutions using Power BI to automate reporting and deliver timely, actionable dashboards for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading reporting, analytics, or business intelligence functions in a project-based or operational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of reporting methodologies, performance measurement, data analysis, and BI practices.
• Strong understanding of project controls including cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting function, including development and governance of reporting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Direct the preparation and delivery of project, program, portfolio, and business performance reporting for management and executive leadership.
• Establish reporting governance, performance measurement frameworks, data quality standards, and KPIs.
• Provide analysis of trends, forecasts, risks, and performance metrics to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness of reporting data and management information.
• Collaborate with leaders to define requirements and strategies for business reporting.
• Leverage Power BI and other BI tools to automate and enhance reporting processes.
