Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Analyst to own daily, weekly and month‑end reporting, troubleshoot core components, and ensure data integrity. The role combines data analysis, technical problem‑solving and financial logic in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work with Excel, Access and SQL to manage data, support customer implementations and drive scalable, data‑driven insights across Operations, Product and Implementations teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly and month‑end reporting.
• Maintain and support core solution components including GL coding and accruals.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve issues across data logic and reporting outputs.
• Use Excel, Access and SQL to manage, validate and automate data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Implementations and customers to deliver insights.
