2020 Companies is seeking a results-driven Manager of BI Solutions to lead client reporting and dashboard development. You will partner with clients to translate complex data into actionable insights, manage the full BI project lifecycle, and drive value through scalable BI solutions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, roadmap planning, and cross-functional leadership with BI engineers to deliver high-impact dashboards that meet client specifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, analytics, CS or related field.
• 5+ years BI, analytics consulting, or BI solution delivery with client leadership.
• Strong knowledge of BI platforms, data governance and enterprise analytics concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce reporting, SQL and Python; capable of translating requirements into BI specs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary BI relationship partner for clients and leaders, understanding goals and service expectations.
• Lead discovery sessions and business reviews to define needs, success measures, and BI opportunities.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and prioritized BI work for analysts, developers, and data engineers.
• Maintain a BI solution roadmap and ensure alignment with client commitments and long-term needs.
• Establish delivery plans with milestones, owners, and risks; coordinate with execution teams.
• Coordinate validation, adoption planning, training, and ongoing service improvement.
