You will:

1. Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda.
2. Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects.
3. Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends to drive long-term business performance.
4. Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver.

• Proven experience in reporting and managing projects with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire).
• Experience with data management and processing tools (Talend, Alteryx, R, SQL, etc.).
• Good to have experience in UI/UX tools like Power Apps, Python Dash, R Shiny, React JS.
• Experience in statistical analytical tools and projects may be advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, food products, or supply chain industry.

• Manufacturing Analytics: Collaborate with global and regional manufacturing leadership to execute analytics and analyze manufacturing KPIs.
• E2E Solution Development & Consultation: Develop end-to-end solutions to improve KPIs and productivity, providing consultation on architecture, modeling, deployment, and sustainability.
• Capability Development: Develop and scale up core capabilities in advanced analytics and reporting.
• Support ongoing initiatives such as Factory 2025, Plant Digitalization, and Business Innovation projects.
• Next-Gen Reporting UI/UX: Build new capabilities in user experience leveraging Python, R, JS, etc.
• Product Mindset: Develop automated, sustainable, and interactive business solutions.
• Vendor Management: Identify and incubate external partners for strategic projects.
• Sustain Strategy: Maintain manufacturing KPI dashboards and support business continuity.
